On behalf of the Concerned Members of The Kentucky Historical Society (KHS), I write you seeking a legal opinion regarding
the perceived failure of the KHS to comply with The Open Records Act.
Enclosed please find a copy of our open records request formerly tendered to the KHS.
The KHS is an agency of the government of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
